Full time course
Our inspiring engineering courses are designed to develop the knowledge and skills required for employment in the engineering industry. Covering practical as well as specialised disciplines our courses prepare learners for key areas such as Mechanical, Production, Electrical and Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Installations, Electronics, Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Rapid Prototyping Technology.
We have fantastic links with the regions engineering companies. Our courses are designed in collaboration with employers to ensure courses are relevant to industry. Students will not only benefit from industry experienced tutors but will also have access to guest lectures and work placements in industry.

Qualifications and progression
You can study at levels 1, 2, and 3 or on an apprenticeship at SGS Berkeley Green. On completion you can progress onto a HND or degree level course at SGS or other university.

What do I need to join?
You will need three GCSEs at grade 2 (grade E), including English and maths.
What can I do next?
On successful completion, learners can progress to Level 2 Welding or Engineering or an apprenticeship.
